You play a bottom-line-obsessed boss. You hire, you push overtime, you ship projects, you squeeze profit out of human capital — until the cost of progress literally kills your employees. Then the ghosts of your workforce start showing up for the graveyard shift. You can buy a Ghost Detector to see them. You can buy a Trinket to make ghosts more productive.

It's a small, darkly funny simulation about systems, exploitation, and the absurdity of treating people as line items.
